Mateus Moraes

PRESIDENT

Started the company in 2002 doing siding renovations while working in the field. Since then, he grew the company to hire the first employees and eventually saw a need to expand doing more construction other than just siding. The company grew to more than 30 employees, with hundreds of completed projects and happy clients.

Jorge Moraes

VICE PRESIDENT

He began working in construction while still in high school and became a successful project manager. Jorge managed more than 30 projects over 3 years as a project manager. In addition to being able to execute everything needed within the company, he works directly with clients to build a detailed scope of work to get everyone on the same page regarding scope, expectations and budget.

Breno Mendes

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION

Breno possesses years of experience in construction management, but started in the company as Office Manager eventually growing to a project manager, and now directs production.

Henrique Moraes

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Henrique has 8 years of experience in finance/business administration, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is responsible for all accounting and finance, his experience brings valuable strategies to deal with challenging situations and identify opportunities for improvement at Matt Construction

Andre Moraes

PROJECT MANAGER

Started in the company in 2016.
Has completed over 50 projects.
Andre is focused on client satisfaction & team building.
Experienced with all trades in the construction industry.
Andre is a driven individual whose top priority is ensuring client satisfaction.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Sebastian is a project manager with 20+ years of experience under his belt.
He started in the company in 2021, but was always part of Matt Construction.
Helped Mateus start the company in 2002.
